My company has decided to pursue ISO 9001, 14001 and R2 certification. In order to achieve certification we need an Emergency Preparedness Facility Floor Plan. We are looking for an Architect that specializes in Emergency Evacuation and Safety Plans. The Plans will be used to train employees the correct evacuation routes in the event of an emergency. In addition to the Floor Plans we will also need "You Are Here" placards. Please contact me if you have an Architect that specializes in Facility Emergency Preparedness and Safety Planning and is familiar with OSHA and ISO standards. [more]

I am interested to find out what safety incentives, monetary or otherwise, you have in place in your organization. How is an employee rewarded for good safety record? Annual, Quarterly, etc? Enterprise wide, by location, division, etc?
